    What does the Bottomless Box contain?

    Each variety of Bottomless Box is different, but all of them contain treats that are natural, wheat free, and contain only quality ingredients. We’re very picky about the products we include in our boxes, so you have no need to worry!

    Are these boxes good value for money?

    Yes! Each Bottomless Box contains over £15 worth of treats. The quantity of treats will vary from month to month (with the average being three to five different treats per box), and you’ll always receive items that would cost more if purchased individually.

    My dog is allergic/has an intolerance to a specific ingredient. What can I do?

    We appreciate that many dogs have allergies or intolerances, and in fact our own dogs have certain ingredients we have to stay far away from. If your dog has any dietary restrictions just let us know by dropping us an email. We’ll make a note on our system and substitute any items when needed.

    When do you take payment?

    Your initial payment will be taken as soon as you sign up for the Bottomless Box. After that, each month’s payment will be taken a week before your order is due to be dispatched.

    When will I receive my Bottomless Boxes?

    Bottomless Boxes are dispatched on the first Tuesday of every month by Royal Mail Second Class. Your subscription will start on the first Tuesday after your initial payment (for example, if you subscribe to our Bottomless Bowl on the 12th of April, you’ll start receiving your boxes starting from the first Tuesday in May).

    How do I cancel my Bottomless Box subscription?

    If you’d like to cancel your Bottomless Box at any time, just head over to your account page (located at the top left hand corner of our website) and you can manage your subscriptions there.
