Also, we apologise if any of our customers attempted to place orders during the past week and found a broken website. We hope you were able to get a hold of your pet’s food from other places in the meantime.
We recently started experiencing severe issues with our website which resulted in the website essentially failing on us.
Don’t worry, we can assure you that no customer data was leaked during this time, it simply became unaccessible.
While investigating the issues with the website, we came to realise that there was no saving it and our best choice was to just pick up the pieces and push forward with releasing the new website.
The initial plan was to import all of the existing customer data into the new website, thus allowing you to have access to your previous orders, account information, etc. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we were never able to recover the data from the broken website.
Therefore, we request that when you go to place your next order with us, you create a new account.
Likewise, if you had a Bottomless Bowl set up on the previous website, you will now need to set it up again.
We appreciate this may not be ideal and we hoped to be able to do things differently. However, we hope you will still enjoy our lovely new website and the new features it has to offer!”
