AATU Duck is a dry dog food high in protein, containing over 80% meat and enriched with 20% beneficial plant ingredients.
While dogs are classified as carnivores, it is not uncommon for both wolves and dogs to voluntarily consume fruits and vegetables. Every dog is different, and
AATU's range of foods is designed to benefit dogs who suit a higher meat diet.
The kibble is freshly prepared and hand-crafted in small batches from preservative-free meat, thus increasing the nutritional value of the ingredients. It is also a highly concentrated food, with 2.5kg of ingredients needed to create 1kg of kibble.
AATU Duck is free from gluten, grain, white potato, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, and GM ingredients.
What Do We Think?
The cooking method is incredibly important when it comes to looking at the nutritional value of a food. AATU's range of dry foods are slow-cooked rather than extruded, and this ensures higher nutritional value and more efficient digestion for your dog.
As well as including high-quality meat ingredients, AATU adds joint protection to their foods in the form of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. There is also added probiotics (
Enterococcus faecium) to aid in a healthy gut. Overall, AATU has a variety of health benefits, and it is apparent that a great deal of thought has gone into these recipes.
